AN EMBLEMATIC DEVELOPMENT: LE NIEUPORT

Appointed after a "developer" competition, Bati Gestion was entrusted by Alcatel with Delegated Project Ownership of an operation that consisted in creating about 50 000 m2 net floor area of office and business space. Even before Alcatel had purchased the site on which it wanted to build the head office for its subsidiary Alcatel-CIT, Bati Gestion was associated with considerations at the Group's Property Division regarding the feasibility of the planned operation. This mission was carried out in compliance with the Project Owner's deadlines, budget demands and quality requirements.

As Delegated Project Owner, Bati Gestion provides Investors and Users with its know-how in terms of the design and management of property developments.
