This 13 000 m2 property development on 2 basements with a company staff canteen was built in just 13 months in order to satisfy a buyer requiring property to complete its merger. The buyer, Matra Cap Systèmes became MS2I, grouping together two entities from Matra Défense and Cap Gemini.
